Christina Ashcroft

I have been involved in theatre for many years, I am a singer and have taken a few acting parts over the years. My daughter Ria is heavily involved in theatre and runs her father’s business Acting Out. My husband died in 2018 who used to be an actor, he appeared in Amadeus in Derby Theatre under the Direction of Pete Meakim. I have a lovely cottage near Shipley Park, and wanted to offer digs to Actors who are visiting Derby or Nottingham whilst performing at various theatres in the area. The cottage is within walking distance of buses, there is a train station not far from me too. I live on the edge of Shipley Country Park so there are lovely walks around where I live.
